(How to drink)

1.Please loosen a cover of plastic bottle
Loosen a green cover and turn it
to an opposite direction of a clock once.
Please do not take a cover off a bottle.
(System is such that an inner cover falls into a bottom.)

2.Please beat a cover
Beat a cover to drop powdered green tea entering inside of a cover in water of a bottle.

3.Please close a green cover well to shake a bottle

4.Shake well before drinking
Shake well so that powdered green tea and water are mixed,
and drink it.

4. Shake it well before drinking.
Just Shake it so that the green tea powder and water are mixed up well. Then you can drink it!

cover→cap

an opposite direction of a clock→anticlockwise

beat→hit

1.Please loosen a cap.
Loosen a green cap by turning it to anticlockwise.
But do not take it off completely in order to drop
the inner cap into the water.

2.Please hit the cap several times.
Gently hit the cap to drop powdered green tea into the water.

3.Please close the cap tightly enough to shake the bottle

4.Please shake well before drinking
Shake well so that powdered green tea are mixed with water evenly. Then it's ready to drink.

Please

1. Loosen (but do not remove) the green cap. The inner seal will fall off the cap.

2. Knock the cap several times to drop the powdered tea into the water.

3-4. Tighten the cap and shake well before drinking.
I have a question, the word "anticlockwise", is it British English? Counterclockwise sounds more familiar to me.

AnywayZ, かおりんごsan, you are doing good, I understand what you are trying to tell. The only thing is that you are trying too hard to translate word by word, and it shows that the translator/writer is Japanese (see comment 4).

1.loosen the cap (the bottle top) by turning it counterclockwise. Do not remove the cap.

(It's implicit in the word "loosen" that you aren't removing it. When you translate from Japanese to English, I think you have to consider the amount of space you need for a single word. Kanjis are more compact. It's just my personal bias.)

2. tap on the cap several times (to drop the teabag into the water etc)

"Beat" or "hit" sounds very aggressive, "knock" sounds a tad odd... to me, at least. If you like to be more specific about the cap, say "the tea bottle cap/top"

3. Close the top tightly (by turning it clockwise) and shake well.

4. "Please" is unnecessary. You probably meant to be polite (like saying, "ください") But it's too Japanese-like.

I don't know! But others have written good advice. Hope this helps too.
I don't know if "anticlockwise" is British English or not, but yes, I used to live in England.
Actually, I never heard Counterclockwise for 8years while i was in UK... hee hee*
the dictionary does not say (英語)in the page below...
http://www2.alc.co.jp/ejr/index.php?word_in=anticlockwise&word_in2=%82%A9%82%AB%82%AD%82%AF%82%B1&word_in3=PVawEWi72JXCKoa0Je
oh yeah, probably "twist clockwise" is better than "turn clockwise"..

I made too many comments.. I'll shut up :(
I personally would choose the instruction by Yasu.
It's very compact and extraction of precise steps,
while "knock" should rather be "tap on" as いていて says.

It should be as compact as possible, if you need any people ranging from careful and lazy to read your instructions.

Yasu decided to remove even "counterclockwise" etc but it's still ok. people usually know which way to open.

How about this simple?

1. Loosen (but do not remove) the cap.
2. Tap on the cap several times to drop the powdered tea into the water.
3. Tighten the cap and shake well before drinking.
