As many people think, the cheap restaurants in Tokyo are Saizeriya and Gusto. Besides them, "Meshiya-don" (Now the name has changed to "Yayoi-ken") and "Kuishinbo (steak house)" are also good for hungry poor people. You can have rice as much as you want! You don't need to pay for extra rice!

やっぱりサイゼリヤとかガストなんでしょうね。でもそれ以外にも、「めしや丼」（今は「やよい軒」という屋号に変わったそうです）とか「ステーキのくいしんぼう」なんていうもありますが。これらのお店では、ご飯のおかわりが自由なんです。もちろん、ただで。
ただ僕は食べ歩きというものをあまりしていないので、あまり詳しくないのが難点。なので、僕の代わりに以下のサイトに、東京の安ウマグルメを紹介していただきます（爆）

This program is broadcast at 9 PM Saturday every week.
This program introduces the showplace and the famous store of Tokyo by the ranking form.
This program is recommended of me.
I collect information on Tokyo from this program every week. Though it doesn't memorize・・・
Going on Sunday to the famous store introduced by this program on Saturday is my yearning.

僕はまだ東京で生活したことがないので、今回は名店・名所の情報源を皆さんにご紹介させていただきます。

皆さんは「出没！アド街ック天国」という番組をご存知ですか？これは毎週土曜日の夜９時から放送されているテレビ番組です。
この番組では、主に、東京のある小エリアに焦点を絞り、そこにある名所・名店を徹底的に紹介するというありがたい番組です。この番組はおすすめですよ～。

僕は来春からの東京生活に備えるためにも(←言いすぎｗ)毎週この番組を観ています。とはいっても、全く記憶できていませんが・・・(笑)
ちなみに僕の憧れは、土曜日にこの番組で紹介された名店に、次の日の日曜日に実際に足を運ぶというものです。
小さな憧れです・・・
