recently, i got gain. my weight increase more 15 kg form when i was young. in that time i thought i will never be fat although i eat a lot of food. however my body constitution changed since about 5years ago. then i already became an admirable fat middle.
I would like to lose my weight and shape body. i know it is impossible to be the weight my young age. i want to less my weight 5killograms at least. the reason why i think this is that i am planning to participate in marathon competition next spring. the distance of that is not long but only 5kilometers but that is hard for my weight.
I Google the methods to achieve my goal, losing weight. there are a lot of information not only commercial advetisments but also voluntary ones. i could not decide which i should bereave but i though that i should deal with two method. First of all taking care of meal to eat. According to knowledge, i have better to eat raw material without meat. in addition, reducing amount of meal is important figure too. In addition i should dear with some exercise. for instance running, swimming and so on. I have no time and money to go sports gym. then my suitable that is running around neighborhood.
Anyway, i have to be shape until date the competition will be held, one day in April.
