Pharmacist: I recommend seeing a doctor to check your trachea. In the meantime, I can suggest a mild cough suppressant.

【和訳】
お客様: 咳がたくさん出ていて、気管（trachea） が炎症を起こしているような感じです。
薬剤師: そうですか。それは炎症か感染によるものかもしれませんね。呼吸がしにくかったり、痛みはありますか？
お客様: 深く呼吸すると少し違和感があります。
薬剤師: 念のため、気管を診てもらうために病院を受診されることをおすすめします。とりあえず、軽い咳止めをお出しすることもできますよ。
