Pharmacist: Hello. How can I help you today?
Patient: Hi. I cut my forefinger while preparing dinner last night. It’s a bit swollen today.
Pharmacist: I see. Let me check — does it look red or have any discharge?
Patient: It’s slightly red, but no pus. It just hurts when I bend it.
Pharmacist: That’s good. You can clean it with antiseptic solution and apply this antibiotic ointment twice a day.
Patient: Should I cover it with a bandage?
Pharmacist: Yes, keep it covered while cooking or washing your hands, but let it breathe when you’re at rest.
Patient: Thank you. I’ll do that.

薬剤師: こんにちは。本日はどうされましたか？
患者: こんにちは。昨夜、夕食の準備中に人差し指を切ってしまいました。今日は少し腫れています。
薬剤師: そうですか。赤くなったり、膿が出たりしていますか？
患者: 少し赤いですが、膿は出ていません。曲げると痛いくらいです。
薬剤師: それなら大丈夫です。消毒液で傷口をきれいにして、この抗生物質の軟膏を1日2回塗ってください。
患者: 絆創膏はした方がいいですか？
薬剤師: はい、料理や手を洗うときは覆っておき、家で安静にしているときは空気に触れさせてください。
患者: わかりました。ありがとうございます。
