Customer: Not yet. I wanted to ask if there's anything over-the-counter I can try first.
Pharmacist: We do have some creams and oral medications for vaginal infections. However, it’s best to confirm the type of infection with a doctor. I can show you the options we have.

【和訳】
お客様（小声で）: すみません……膣の感染かもしれません。かゆみと少しおりものの異常があって……
薬剤師（やさしく）: 承知しました。よくあることですので、ご安心ください。もう病院には行かれましたか？
お客様: いえ、まだです。市販薬で試せるものがあるかと思いまして。
薬剤師: 膣の感染症に使えるクリームや内服薬があります。ただ、感染の種類を確認するには一度医師の診察を受けるのが安心です。市販のお薬をご案内しますね。
