Pharmacist: Hello. How can I help you today?
Patient: The inside of my eyelid looks red. I was told it’s the conjunctiva palpebrae.
Pharmacist: I see. Do you have itching or a foreign body sensation?
Patient: Yes, it feels itchy and uncomfortable.
Pharmacist: It may be conjunctivitis. Please avoid rubbing your eyes and use these eye drops as directed. If the symptoms don’t improve, please see an eye doctor.
Patient: Thank you. I’ll follow your instructions.
