お客様: あー、またアレルギーが出てきたみたい。鼻が完全に詰まってて、シュノーズ（でっかい鼻）が機能してないよ！
薬剤師: なるほど、鼻づまりですね。鼻炎薬かアレルギーの薬をご希望ですか？
お客様: うん、このでっかい鼻でちゃんと呼吸できるようにしたいよ。
薬剤師: わかりました。効果的なお薬をご用意しますね。水分補給も忘れずに。
