Pharmacist: Hello, we received your prescription and it looks like it will take some time to prepare. It's a bit more complex than usual, so we'll need about 30 minutes to get it ready. Is that okay with you?

Patient: Oh, I see. Okay, I can wait. Thank you for letting me know.

Pharmacist: Great, thank you for your understanding. We'll do our best to get it ready as soon as possible. Please feel free to browse the store or take a seat in the waiting area while you wait. We'll call your name when it's ready.

Patient: Alright, I'll just take a look around then. Thank you.

日本語訳

薬剤師：こんちは、処方箋を受け付けさせていただきます。今回の処方内容はご用意に少し時間がかかりそうです。30分程度お時間をいただきたいのですが、ご都合はいかがでしょうか。

患者：わかりました。教えてくださりありがとう。

薬剤師：ご理解ありがとうございます。出来るだけ早くご用意させていただきます。店内をご覧いただくか、待合コーナーでお掛けになってお待ちください。ご準備ができましたらお名前をお呼びします。
