１．ネットワーク構築チームスーパーバイザー
英語力：最低でも初級ビジネスレベル、 日本語力：ビジネスレベル
Mandatory Skill:
2. Bachelor's or Diploma degree of any Field
3. Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English
4. 3 years of supervisory or team management experience
5. Basic understanding of network technologies and IP technologies.
6. Network knowledge [IP-VPN service and Wide Area Ethernet]
7. Holder of CCNP, or equivalent working experience of implementation and/or operation of network (L1, L2 and/or L3) in Carrier (Network provider side).
8. Shift work is acceptable. (24hours x 7days operation is planned.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
10. Excellent interpersonal skills.
11. Ability to work as a team member.
12. Desire to go above and beyond to improve our quality of customer services and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibility:
Design for Network Diagram
1. Assign port and create network diagram based on SO (service order) Coordinate schedule for node engineering work and submit work order.
2. PE configuration and Path setting.
3. Node - Access line - CPE test.
4. Create Access line test sheet.
5. Access line test and ping test
２．ネットワーク監視・運用チームスーパーバイザー
英語力：最低でも初級ビジネスレベル、 日本語力：ビジネスレベル
Mandatory Skill:
1. Japanese and English Speaking
2. Degree in Comp Science, IT Engineering, or related technical field
3. Network knowledge [IP-VPN service and Wide Area Ethernet]
4. At least 1-3 years’ working Experience of Leader / Sub Leader of Service desk or more than 3 years’ equivalent working experiences.
5. Holder of CCNP or above or more than 3 years’ equivalent working experiences of implementation and/or operation of network (L1, L2 and/or L3) in Carrier / SIer.
6. Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese.
7. A few years NW(telecom) business and Global business experiences
8. Strong sense of time-management, ability to respond/work well under pressure
9. Able to communicate effectively with team members as well as different divisions
10. Min 3 years of working experience in Telco industry in Global network Support
Job Responsibility:
** Required to work on 24x7 shift environment
1. L2/3 (ATM, Wide Area Ethernet, IP-VPN etc.) access-line network operation
2. Tier 2 trouble shooting, network testing and network recovery for outages, QoS, packet drop and latency issues for all provided services
3. Other network carriers and equipment maintenance vendor control
4. Trouble ticket open/update/close
5. Trouble information correspondence with customer front, other NOC’s etc.
6. Technical support to customer front
7. O&M quality management
8. Progress and procedure management of trouble shooting
9. Resource control and job assignment
10. Manage daily operations of shift engineers and ensure quality service.
11. 24x7 operations support in English & Japanese.
