Have you ever had troubles remembering words that you have just recently learned? I know that I am always having such trouble. I have a method that works for me and who knows it just might work for you too!
I keep a special notebook (word notebook) with me usually twenty-four hours a day. As I come across a new word (in the language which I am studying) I quickly get out my notebook and write it down( word, pronunciation, and translation into my language). Throughout the day (and every chance I get) I glance at the notebook quizzing myself on the words which I have written down.
When I think of a word in my language which I would like to learn in another language I simply look it up in the dictionary and jot it down in my handy notebook.
I find that because I am constantly reviewing the words throughout the day it makes it quite easy and quick to learn new words.
If you review the words and find that you remember them easily then write a few (five to ten) more words down in your notebook the next time you have a chance.
Also don`t forget to randomly flip and review the pages of words you have written down in the past so that you won`t forget them.
If any of you have your own study methods then just send me a message or write it down in your diary as I would be interested to read about it.
