I go to NOVA and take VOICE(free conversation) almost every day,because I have free pass which is student are as much as we can take VOICE lesson about certain days,but my pass expire on 6th of April.
Anyway after that day I don't have a time to talk in English. I worry about my speaking skill.

Practice speaking. Obviously its a hard thing because you don't get much feedback without others to hear you speak.
You might try skype, if you have a computer with a microphone. Sometimes they have groups that are setup that you might be able to get to do some speaking... or find some english speaking friends that you can chat with periodically via skype.
If you want to try it let me know I have a skype account, I can't guarentee being on at the same time, but maybe from time to time.
Otherwise, I would say find some spoken recordings of english speakers. Listen recite it back a few times while recording yourself speaking. Then review by comparison of your speech and the recorded english speaker.
You might try voice recognition software, though probably not a great solution. Its been getting better in recognizing voices. That way you could dictate or simulate conversations and see the results.
