ジョージ・ハリスンがビートルズ解散後の1970年に発表したアルバム『All Things Must Pass』に収録されているタイトル曲。
2002年11月29日にロンドンのロイヤル・アルバート・ホールで開催されたジョージ・ハリスンの追悼コンサート「Concert For George」でポールが演奏したジョージの曲の１つで、ポールはこのコンサートで他にも「For You Blue」「Something」「While My Guitar Gently Weeps」を演奏している。このコンサートを収録したアルバム『Concert For George』で聴くことができる。また、DVD『Concert For George』でも演奏シーンを見ることができる。
ポールはこの曲をジョージの追悼コンサート以外でも、2003年5月10日のローマ・コロシアム内でのコンサートで演奏しており、さらに、2004年のツアー「04 Summer」では、ジョージの追悼としてレパートリーにまで入れている。
ビートルズ時代も、1969年のゲットバックセッションを含めて何回もリハーサルされた曲だったが、結局ビートルズの曲として発表されなかったが、ポールはビートルズとして発表したがっていたようだ。
ポールは、曲のイントロ部分のコードを、オリジナルのジョージの演奏によるものより少し変えて演奏している。
