敷金、礼金、保証人も不要。

JR京都駅まで徒歩13分。
【共用住宅設備】
リビング（正確にはリビングダイニングキッチン）はフローリング11畳。エアコン完備。
32インチテレビがあり、BS放送も視聴可能。
キッチンには2点ガスコンロ、電子レンジ、食器、調理器具など一通りあります。
冷蔵庫は2個あるので、個別のものもたくさん収納できます。
フロ、トイレ別。浴室に隣接する洗面所には全自動洗濯機あり。トイレはウォッシュレット付き。
【入居条件】
性別、国籍、年齢、特に問いません。
mixiメッセージのやり取りと直接の面談により、家賃を頂きながら一緒にやっていけそうだと判断できる方ならOKです。
当方、日本語と英語でならコミュニケーション可能。中国語も多少はわかります。

It locates on the 1st floor and has a small garden, 16 m2. So you can do the gardening.
It's the very close to Sanjusangendo-Temple (National Treasure). And there is a portch which faces the temple.
You can see its wall and trees from the porch. It is a quiet residential area.
The flat is close to Keihan Shichijo station 5 or 6 minutes walk and JR Kyoto station 13 minutes walk.
A general and emergency hospital locates 2 or 3 minutes walk.
An air-conditioned living room including kitchen, 18 m2. The living room has 32inches TV.
You can watch broadcasting satellite (BS) programs, too.
In the kitchen, there are basic facilities and goods. A kitchen gas range, a microwave oven, two fridges, pans and other cookwares, plates, cups and so on.
