以下、簡単に訳してみました:
サンタ達へ
今、空港へ向かう途中の成田エキスプレスでこれを書いてます。本当はもうすこし長く日本に滞在する予定だったのだけれど、６月まで働くカナダのMontrealに行く前に彼女と会い、いろいろ用事を済ませる為、早めに帰国することにしました。
Santarchy Tokyo 2004を史上最高のSantaconとして実現してくれた皆さんに感謝しています。私とサンタスニーリーはサンタの数が去年の倍（25から〜51）になったことと、ベテランの日本人サンタのおかげで段取りもすべてうまくいったことをうれしく思います。特に東京の新しい親分サンタとなるまがり氏に大きな感謝を述べたいです。もし私とスニーリーが来年来れなくても、東京にはたくさんのサンタ達がいるので安心です。自分達にとっては、大きな家族が始まったようなものです。（ただ、全員酒乱で自分達より随分かわいいんだけど）
今後とも連絡をとりあいましょう。もし、サンタの誰かがアメリカに来ることがあれば、サンフランシスコに家を持っているので、泊まっていってください。６月までは仕事でカナダの東海岸Montrealにいるので、日本人に人気の「赤毛のアンの家」に行く時には声をかけてください。また、多くのサンタ達と来年のバーニングマンで会うのも楽しみにしています。

Dear Santas,
I'm writing this on the Narita Express on my way to the airport, going home. I originally planned to stay longer, but I am going home early to see my girlfriend and take care of business before I fly to Montreal Canada where I will be working until June.
I wanted to thank everyone for making Santarchy Tokyo 2004 the best Santacon in the history of the world. Sneery and I were very happy to see that the number of Santas was double what it was last year (from 25 to ~51), and with experienced Nihon Santas in charge everything went smoothly. I wanted to give an especially big thank-you to Magari, who is the new Oyabun Santa of Tokyo. It is good to know that if Sneery and I do not come back next year, we know that we will still have Santas in Tokyo. To sneery and I it is like we started a big family, except they are all alcoholics and much cuter than we are.
Please keep in touch with me. If anyone visits America I own a house in San Francisco where santas sleep for free. I'm also going to be working in Montreal on the east coast of Canada until June, in case anyone wants to go visit Anne of Green Gables which is apparently a popular Canadian tourist attraction for Japanese. I also hope to see many of you at Burning Man next year.
