第二章 エネルギー体としての人間
As your elder brothers and sisters, we live in what you would term the fourth dimension-another frequency domain.
あなたがたの兄であり姉であるわたしたちは、こことは別の四次元と呼ぶ周波数の領域に棲んでいます。
And so our view or perspective of you is unique because we perceive you through an energy state that is different than yours.
そのためにあなたがたに対する見え方やとらえ方も違っています。わたしたちはあなたがたとは異なるエネルギーの状態を介して見ているからです。
We are aware of you in terms of your interpenetraiting fields of energy.
わたしたちには、あなたがたの姿はいくつもかさなりあったエネルギー場として認識できます。
The first of these fields, which is obvious to you, is what you would term your physical body with all its various chemical, biochemical, and electrical processes expending through the trillions and trillions of cells that make up the space of your body.
そうしたあなたがたのエネルギー場のうち、一番明らかなのが肉体と呼ばれるもので、それは肉体の空間をうずめる無数の細胞のなかにひろがる種々の化学的、生化学的、あるいは電気的プロセスをも含んでいます。
However when we see your physical body we see it mostly in terms of space.
しかしわたしたちがあなたがたの肉体を見るときには、ほとんど空間としか見えません。
We see it as a galaxy of stars, for each atom unto itself is much like a solar system with the central sun as the nucleus and the planets as electrons spinning around.
その肉体はまるで星ぼしから成る銀河のようです。各原子は、中心太陽のような核と、その周囲をまわる惑星のような電子をもち、太陽系にそっくりです。
The hermetic alchemists which came out of the Egyptian tradition spoke of the law, "As above, so below", meaning thatin all levels of creation, each level is replicated below it and above it.
古代エジプトの伝統から輩出した神秘学の錬金術師たちはいみじくもこう語っています。「上に在るがごとく、下もかく在り」。これはどんな創造のレベルをみても、それぞれの上位と下位のレベルをくり返し複製しているという意味です。
Thus the solar system is a movement of planets around the central Sun and in the atom, the electrons move around the central nucleus.
かくして太陽系では中心太陽の周囲を諸惑星がまわり、原子においては中心核の周りを電子がまわっているのです。
As your solar system is mostly space, so are you.
あなたがたの太陽系のほとんどが空間で占められているのと同様に、あなた自身もまたそうなのです。
Indeed, there is a tremendous amount of space within your physical body and it is an illusion that you are solid.
あなたがたの肉体のなかには実に膨大な量の空間が存在しているのですから、中身の詰まった固体であるというのは幻想です。
Even your body and it is an illusion that you are more than 99 percent space.
あなたがたの科学も、人の肉体の九十九パーセント以上は空間であることを解明しています。
When we sense your physical body we see it as spatial, not solid.
わたしたちが人の肉体を見る場合も、固体としてでなく空間として知覚します。
Consequently we do not sense your body in the same way as you do.
そうした知覚の仕方は、あなたがたのやり方と同じではありません。
We literally see you as a walking, moving galaxy of stars.
わたしたちはあなたがたを、文字どおり人の姿をした星ぼしの銀河として見ているのです。
So although this first field seems very physically solid to you, it is actually quite different from the standpoint of light, of energy.
一つ目のエネルギー場である肉体は、たとえあなたがたには物質的で非常に密な固定に見えるとしても、エネルギーないし光の見地からは、実際にきわめて異なって知覚されます。
Interpenetrating this physical field is a second field of energy that we call the “Ka” which would be, in your understanding, the pranic body.
この物質的エネルギー場と重なりあって存在しているのが二番目のエネルギー場、すなわちわたしたちが「カー（Ka)」と呼んでいるものです。これはあなたがたの言葉の中では「プラーナ体」として登場することがあります。
Plana, as uncovered by the yogis of ancient traditions, is the essencial life-force in oxygen but is not merely what you term oxygen.
プラーナとは、古代からの伝承を受けつぐヨギ（訳注・・ヨーガの実践者、行者）たちが、「酸素のなかに存在する生命維持に不可欠な力であるが、酸素と呼ばれるものとは異なる」と解いています。
Plana is amplified in large areas of vegetation and in large bodies of moving water.
プラーナは広大な植物繁茂域や水流域において増強します。
