----以下、英語での体験談--- I am really disappointed with the bad (worst in my life) experience I had at TPA and JFK. I am being mad not because I had to stay overnight at JFK, but because how I was treated by bunch of AA personnel. First, I found my flight from TPA to JFK was 1.5-hour delayed at the gate. I had a international flight from JFK to HANEDA. So I was worried about my connection. I ask the stuff at the gate and he just told me, "well all flight is delayed over there, no worries". I asked him to check, but he just did not. then another 1-hour delay announced.... I finally arrived at JFK around 620pm. I rushed to the exit and ask the stuff "is the flight to Haneda still on the ground ??" He said yes. I dashed to the gate he mentioned. There is nobody. I walked around and finally find one aa stuff. I asked him "I need to find the gate for the flight to Haneda" He said it is gone on scheduled time !!!!! I told him my situation, and he said I could get the hotel voucher so I was told to ticket counter to re-book my flight and get the coupon. Now the stuff told me I cannot get the coupon !!!!!! OK, I accepted that nonsense....now They told me to pick up my luggage. I went downstairs to the claim. I could not find my luggage. So I went to the baggage claim service and ask if my luggage will come out or not. They said NOT !!!!!! I told them ticketing staff said I need to pick up. They showed the expression,like "what is he talking about ??" since I am Japanese, I guess. Then, they told me to go upstairs and ask ticketing staffs....Literally, I went back and forth b/w Ticketing and baggage claims 3 or 4 times at least, maybe more. It took them 3.5 HOURS (!!!!!) to return my luggage. I cannot tell everything that happened to me today because there are many more things that annoys me, but all I can say is they are so unreliable, unprofessional, unfriendly, and not-trustworthy (except one lady at baggage service). I usually use CONTINENTAL for my travel, but I MISTAKENLY chose AA because their price is so cheap. I FOUND OUT WHY TODAY. In Japan, there is a saying. "IF you find cheap one, it can be a bad one." I learned the lesson. I posted this because I want AA to know this and improve their POOR customer service and because I want people not to have same experience like mine.
