I don't like stuffing that are too sweet, but I love chestnut stuffings! LOL
I guess in September, there will be lots of Chestnuts cuisine in Japan too!
Yeah Sandwiches are yummy, but having them everyday is dreadful...
Well, at least for someone who grew up with rice, just like mama..

There's a chestnut mousse dessert in France which I truly adore.
I guess I will definitely miss that dessert when I leave France...

I just bought a bottle of Chestnut jam!

I will use it on crepes!

The Chestnut mousse is very nice and sweet. It is call "Maronsui's", a product of Nestle. So far, I haven't seen this sold outside of France.

Next time, I will buy it and take a photo of it.

Sausages?! Ahhhhh.... But it's awful when you put it in for every ramen you cook!
There are many things you can add into the noodles...

Usually I will add things like eggs, vegetables, and Luncheon meat.

I love that cracker with cheese and almond bean!!! But my favorite is the one with anchovies on it!

You're lucky shops close at 10am.
Here, shops close at 8.30pm.
So you will have to go grocery shopping in the afternoon.
I have seen people grocery shopping during lunchtime.

Erm... people are off work around 5.30 or 6pm, so you can rush down to the supermarket after work.
If not, you can buy pizza, some pizza or kebab shops open until 12am. But after 12am, you will have to live on scrapes from the ground... LOL

Everything closes at 7.30pm-8.30pm... But restaurant starts serving dinner at 7.30pm.
The only 24hour thing I can think of is... Macdonal!! LOL

What don't you like about France? The laziness? The inefficiency? LOL

People ends work at 5.30 or 6pm, that's why! LOL
I guess they go to bed around 11pm? Just like everyone on earth?
And, yes I believe they do stay up late at night sometimes, at least for young people. LOL

I don't really like fast food too, but sometimes I will crave for fried chicken! LOL
All young people love fried chicken! LOL

Wow! Sounds like an easy way to cook a trout!
Normally, I cook trout like Salmon, I will fry it with salt and pepper.
I think mama may know this song composed by Schubert call "The trout". LOL
