Family law in the Netherlands

Hello! I am a Japanese. I am looking for someone who can advice me about family law of the Nethelands. I think a lawyer is best. But it really hard for me to find a lawyer. So I don't mind whether it is a lawyer or not. I would like to ask about recognition. Please help me!!!!
