Vasco-Japonesa, which means Basque Japanese. Located in a narrow street, this restaurant seemed to be an usual low quality Japanese which will never be above-the-line cuisine. However, as soon as we had the starter, admitted the mistake. Iberico with Haccho Miso is excellent.

A bistrot specialized for oysters located in the central market of Bayonne. They usually have 3-4 kinds of oyster but "Spéciales
de Gillardeau ou du Bistrot" was the best for me. The Bayonne ham at the restaurant was outstanding among those we had in the trip.

A premier venue for reception/party/conference dinner. A sort of Chinzanso in the outskirt of Cannes.

Right in front of Sony and DB. Walking distance to the world famous BB gate and the under the linden. Squid ink risotto with grilled GESO at the 1st floor bar was excellent. Lucky me again. I got a suit room. amenity goods provider is "confort zone .it" which i like.
