ウインダムリゾートコミュのPOINT CREDITS POOL （ポイント・クレジット・プール）

OWNER EDUCATION　（オーナー・エデュケーション）があります。
日本語のオーナー・ブックにすべて説明があるので、
わざわざここを訪ねる必要もないのですが、
読まない人もいるみたいなので、
ここでちょっと復習。
オリジナルの（中学生程度のやさしい）英文にも目を通すように。
（括弧）内に補足説明と、
本日の本題で、最近知りえたユニークな利用法を加えておきます。


POINT CREDITS POOL

Points Credit Pool is a great feature to use
when you know you are unable to travel
prior to the start of your Use Year.
You are able to “Pool” all, or part of your points
and prevent them from going unused.
ポイント・クレジット・プールはあなたのポイント使用年度が始める前に、
ポイントを使って旅行ができないことがわかっている（考えられる）場合、
ポイント・クレジット・プールは大変に便利な仕組み・特徴。

Once points have been “pooled” they are available for you
to travel into CLUB WYNDHAMSM Plus resorts only.
If you want to use your points to travel
to resorts outside of the CLUB WYNDHAM Plus Resort Collection,
please review Worldwide Exchange.
いったん「プール」したポイントは、
クラブ・ウインダム・プラスのリゾート・コレクションでのみ使用できる。
（プラスパートナーを活用して、航空券やレンタカーには使えない。
管理費に変換することができない。
プールしたポイントを再度プールすることはできないなど。）
ウインダムのリゾート・コレクション以外のリゾートの利用を希望する場合は、
ワールドワイド交換プログラムについての説明を参照すること。
（有効期限が近づいたポイントはRCIにデポジット（預ける）すると、
その日から2年有効になる。
預けるのは無料で、交換したときにのみ手数料が必要。）

What you need to know about the Points Credit Pool
ポイント・クレジット・プールに関して知っておくべきことは、以下の通り。

Can be used to make CLUB WYNDHAM Plus Resort Collection
standard and express reservations
Contact the Vacation Planning center
prior to your Use Year Start Date
and request that your points are placed in the Points Credit Pool
（優先期間ではなく）スタンダードあるいはエキスプレス期間に予約ができる。
ポイント使用年度が始める前に、オーナー・サービスに連絡を取り、
手続きを申し出る必要がある。（つまり自動的にはプールされない）。

Gold and Platinum VIP Members have additional time
to place points into the Points Credit Pool
Gold VIP Members can pool points up to 6 months
into the Use Year Start Date
Platinum VIP Members can pool points up to 9 months
into the Use Year Start Date
VIPのゴールドとプラチナムのメンバーには追加の手続き猶予期間があり、
ポイント使用年度が始まって
それぞれ6ヶ月以内（ゴールド）、9ヶ月以内（プラチナム）であれば、
手続きができる。

One (1) Housekeeping Credit is placed in the Points Credit Pool
for every 1,000 Points placed into the pool
Additional Housekeeping Credits may be purchased
as needed In exchange for your points,
プールする手続きに伴って、１０００ポイントにつき
ハウスキーピング・クレジットが1クレジット必要となる。
クレジットが不足する場合、追加のクレジットを買うこともできる。
（たとえば１５４，０００ポイントには
１５４のハウスキーピング・クレジットがあるので、
まず追加は必要にはならない。）

you will receive an equal amount of Pool Credits
Your Pool Credits are available to you for three Years
from the date your points were placed in the Points Credit Pool
A $39 service fee is required for placing Points into the Credit Pool
プールしたポイント数と同数のクレジットが、
申し出たその日より3年間有効となる。
手続きには＄３９の手数料が生じる。

Reservations using your Pool Credits depend on the availability
of points placed into the Points Credit Pool
予約は、リゾートの空き室状況や
プール・クレジットの条件に応じて決定できる。
（つまりホームの優先予約期間が利用できないことなどを言っていると思う）

When a reservation using Pool Credits is cancelled,
the credits are returned as Cancelled Reservation Points
and are not put back into the Points Credit Pool
プール・クレジットでの予約をキャンセルした場合、
キャンセル・リザベーション・ポイントになり、
プールのアカウントには返らない。
（つまり有効期限が3年間ではなくなるということを言っていると思う）
