Chelsea linked as agent reveals Van der Vaart offer


The agent of Hamburg midfielder Rafael van der Vaart admits an "important offer" from England has arrived for the Holland international.

Chelsea have been linked with Van der Vaart and his agent, Bayram Tutumlu said: "At this moment it is very difficult for the player to go to Valencia because we have important offers English and Spanish clubs."

Tutumlu admits Valencia's rival offer falls well short of Hamburg's valuation.
