ドキュメンタリー写真家のElizabeth A. Millerがライターとともに沖縄でのプロジェクトに取り組むために通訳者を探しています。 9月7日から15日まで、沖縄での反米軍基地運動に関わっている人々(あらゆる世代の様々な層)、年配層と若者たちの沖縄におけるアメリカ人像や個人の経験などについてインタビュー等をするための通訳者です。
Elizabeth A. Miller, originally from Baltimore,Maryland, lives in Brooklyn and works at Sipa Press. She always has her camera with her, and will be traveling to Okinawa in September to document how various generations of Okinawans feel about Americans in Okinawa given the vast US Military presence on the islands. Elizabeth has an English Literature degree from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon, and she graduated from the Documentary Photography and Photojournalism Program at the International Center of Photography in New York City in June of 2006.
