☆ENGLISH ONLY☆コミュのSpace Junk Crashed into NZ

About an hour and 1/2 ago now a piece of space junk crashed into Mt Thomas National Park in the South Island of New Zealand.

The sound from the sonic boom was so huge that I heard it in Christchurch. It shaked the whole building. I thought maybe a plane had crashed somewhere.

The funny thing is the space junk is only the size of a soccer ball!!!

Christchurch is located in the South Island.

The place where it landed is about 2 hours from Christchurch. Everybody though maybe it was an act of terrorism..

'cause yesterday was the very impressive day of“9.11”everyone must have thought that the nightmare happened again in NZ...but it's so funny that the space junk was much smaller than expected!!

I've never experienced space junk falling from the sky.

But if I were you, I would be very surprised and shocked

for a while.

if it's a size of a soccer ball,soccer player would try

o catch it.

they said it was anything between the size of a tenis to 1m in diameter.

Yeah it turned out to be a meteorite but it broke up while falling... so they are saying to find it would be like looking for a needle in a haystack.

A piece of meteorite can fetch up to $70,000 NZD. I am seriously thinking to go and look for a piece.
