今回は、標題の表現をご紹介します：
○先ず、have+ trouble の言い方です。
trouble や problem は、日本語になってますね：
トラブル プロブレム
(have + trouble)
１） have a trouble with --：〜と問題、トラブルを抱える。
a problem with
★☆ トラブっている・問題を抱える となります、
I have a trouble with Mr. Tanaka.は
「田中氏とはちょっとトラブってます」となりますね。
これは、いろいろと使えます。
I have a trouble with my parents.
「両親ともめてます」となります。
I am having a trouble with my parents.
「このところ、両親ともめてます」となりますね。
Taro has a financial trouble with his friend.
「太郎は、友人との間に金銭的な問題を抱えている」となります。
We had lots of troubles with that company.
They did not want to settle the payment.
「あちらの会社とはかなり問題を抱えておりました。
先方は、支払いをしないのです」
I had an engine trouble at that time.
その時、エンジントラブルが起きました。
エンジンのところをbattery（バッテリー）にすれば、
When I was driving to Shizuoka,
I had a battery trouble with my car.となります。
「静岡まで運転していると、バッテリーがおかしくなりました」
→→「トラブルが起きる」というのは、
トラブルを持つ という様に言えばよいですね。
★☆厄介な事になる
Kaori will have a trouble with him.となれば、
「かおりは彼と付きあうと厄介な事になるよ。」となります。
２）「難儀する・した」という言い方をご紹介しましょう。
have a trouble （動詞）-ing ：で、主語が動作をする際に
難儀した、苦労したとなります。
つまり、動詞の〜ingは、〜する動作自体を指します。
We had a trouble finding Ken's house.
[KENの家が見つからず難儀した]とか
「KENの家を見つけるのに手間が掛かりました」という様ななります。
要するに、行動を起こす際に、苦労した、手間が掛かった、という
事です。
When I visited Australia for the first time,
I had a trouble understanding their accent.
「初めて、豪州に行ったとき、豪州英語のなまりが
判るまで苦労した・判らず難儀した」となります。
Ms. Yamada was slow to learn.
She had a terrible trouble in getting the driver's license.
「山田さんは、覚えが遅いので
自動車の免許をとるのに随分苦労した」。となります。
Mr. Koizumi is now having many 'No's against his proposed
reform from LDP members.
He will have a big trouble in getting his reform done.
小泉さんは、改革について、自民党から反発を食らっている。
改革の断行には随分手間がかかるやろうね。
３）★尚、以上の表現を逆に言えば、「難なく〜する」となります。
The American chef had no trouble making sushi.
「この米国人シェフは、難なく、鮨を握って見せた」
Mr. Suetsugu has no trouble translating a business meeting
between a Japanese company and an American one.
末次氏は、日米企業の商談を難なく通訳できます。
Before Ichiro left for the States this early spring,
many people thought that he would have a hard time
getting used to the Major League Baseball.
But he had no trouble winning some titles.
「 今春はじめのイチローの渡米前には
大リーグに慣れるまで苦労するだろうと
予想していたが、ふたを開けてみると
イチローは、難なくタイトルを獲得した。」
以上、色々な言い方が出来ます。

have + problemも使える表現ですね。
★４） have + problem with 〜：〜の調子が悪い
I have some problem with my shoulder.
「肩の調子が悪い」
Tanaka has a problem with math.
「田中君は、数学が苦手です。」
Do you have any problem ?
（体調、その他、相手の方、普通でない様な場合に）
「どうかされましたか？」と聞きます。
Do you have any problem with him/ your wife/ your boss/ this new PC?
WITH 以下対象物をつけると、それに困っているか？問題がありますか？と
なります:

次の様な言い方もあります。
★５） have+ a/the （動作）〜 problem ですね
Mr. Kato has a drinking problem.
「加藤さんは、酒癖が悪い」
Tom has a hearing problem.
「トムは、耳が悪い」（聴力に問題があります）
Tom has a listening problem.
「トムは、（英語など外国語の）聞き取りが苦手だ・出来ない。」
have + problemは、上記の様に人にも使えますが、
モノにも使えます。
This machine has a problem with its function.
[この機械ですが、機能に何か問題があります]
This TV does not work.
It must have some problem.
[このテレビ映らないよ。どこかおかしいよ]
I don't think the eliminating system is perfect.
Seems to me that it has several problems.
「この予選方式は、完全ではないよ。
２−３ 問題点があると思う」
The product has a problem with its appearance.
This part is a little bit transformed.
「この製品ですが、外観に問題があります。
ここの部品が若干、変形しております」
６） have no problem
have a problemで問題があると言う事ですが、
have no problemは、「問題なし」 と言う事です。
Your sales plan has no problem.
「君が提出してくれた販売計画書は良くできているよ」と
なりますね。
このhave no problemは使う機会が多いので
覚えておいて、色々応用して習得しましょう。
他には、
Taro has no problem with his pronunciation,
but has a big memory problem.
(has a big problem in memorizing words).
太郎君は発音は良いが（問題ないが）、覚えが悪い
I have no problem with/in translating business documents or
meetings, but I have a certain problem with translating medical matters.
ビジネス書類や会議での通翻訳は問題ないが
医学の内容と成ると、ある問題を抱えています、 という事ですね
