ルームシェア！？！コミュのルームメイト募集

12月より入居可＠3LKのうち1ルーム（田園都市線池尻大橋駅）

以下の物件で同居人募集中です。現在他に、日本人男性一名とオーストラリア人女性一名が住んでいます。
12月に私がそちらより転居しますので、代わりに住んでいただける方を探しております。
*入居時期はご相談ください。

・田園都市線で渋谷より5分の池尻大橋駅から徒歩8分。徒歩5分のところにスーパー、徒歩3分のところにコンビニあり。
・8階建てマンション4階3LK。奥のフローリングの6畳間が空きます。
・家賃12万円＋光熱費や日用品費用
・デポジット11万円（初めこのマンションを借りる際支払ったコストを多少負担いただきます）
・ご自身の荷物以外、家電、家具等は全て揃っています。各部屋にはエアコンがついています。

6畳間と併設のリビングルームスペースを荷物置き等にご使用いただけます。

We are looking for a roommate who shares a 3LK apartment in Setagaya.
I'm moving out this December and looking for my replacement. Exact date should be consulted with me later.

- Other roomies include one Japanese male and one Australian female. Cozy and friendly people. :-)
- Our place is 8 min walk away from Ikejiriohashi St. of Denentoshi Line, which is 5 min ride from Shibuya St.
- 3 min away from a convenience store and 5 min away from a supermarket.
- We're on the 4th floor of the 8 story building. 6 mat wooden floor room with storage space will be available.
- The monthly rate will be around 120,000 yen plus utilities and comoddities.
- Deposit is 110,000 yen. This includes the share of key money we paid to rent this apartment.

All the living space except your own room is fully furnished. Your room has a room light and air-conditioner.
You can use the living room adjecent to your room as storage.
