■報酬 60万〜150万/月（ご相談ください）

■業務内容
·Help facilitating X functional activities, and day to day governance.
·Develop project plan, schedule with the team. Define the entry and exit criteria for the each phases in the program.
·Subject Matter Expert for Partner Technical Support Service portfolio and governance policies
·Escalation point for partner facing and internal operational teams, if required
·Effectively leads, manages, coaches and motivate the X functional members in the programs/projects as appropriate
·Maintain a thorough understanding of program, utilize the methodologies, associated tools and techniques and applies them consistently to project management and engagement activities.

■必須条件
○経験
· 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in service management specific area, proven delivery experiences record, and with no less than 1- 3 years in a project management position.
· Sound knowledge and competencies in strategy development, understanding of business process re-engineering, change management, and system integration.
· Experienced in resolving the X functional issues and problem solving adopting the innovative approach and to manage by objectives

· Strong Bilingual, (Fluent in Japanese and English）
· Basic knowledge of service business
· Management ability
· Has mastered skills necessary to work cross-functionally, good team player and communicator.
· Provides matrix management supervision where required, in multiple areas, including setting and measuring goals and objectives

· Strong leader
· Team player
■望ましい条件
○経験
· Experience working as a management consultant at a major consulting firm and/or leading systems consulting firm is desirable
· Understanding of SOX, ISO is desirable
○英語力(English Skill)
英検 上級 程度
TOEIC 850〜900点程度
