I like to ask for help to establish contact with IT companies.
I'm finished a book that deals with IT and the economic/financial crisis.
If you work for any IT related business and can provide some information, please help. I'm looking for sponsors (in IT field) to help me publish the book.
Vol. 2, The Color of Your Kayak, deals with information to help people and organization to focus on their strengths and invest resources there as a way to face the “meltdown” period (of the financial crisis).
Vol. 3, The Information’s Ark 21st, deals with information with long-range implications to help individuals and organizations to look at the future by making use of information (technologies) relevant to them.
Each small volume deals with specific time frame: short, mid and long-range.
The whole series describe a revolution that is underway (The Intelligent Reality Revolution) and how to anticipate the huge transformations and take advantage of it. The series argues that this “revolution” will help people and organizations to face the challenges of the financial/economic/social changes and may be one strong weapon to have at hand.
As the printing press revolution made books cheap, accessible and widespread, the current "Intelligent Reality Revolution" will make IT simple, accessible and widespread.
[ The Community Oriented & Sponsored i-Reality Social (Educational) Network ] It's intended to be a kind of Social Network site dedicated to promote education about the benefits and usage of Free and Open Source software.
The i-Reality Social Educational Network site intended to be small scale, focused on education, science and teaching. May be something on the model of the Wikipedia.
Net-Brix does NOT intended to be a traditional Linux distribution. Net-Brix is the evolution of LiveCD and LiveUSB Linux experience. It goes further by departing from the traditional "captive" Linux installation and offering the benefits of Linux without necessarily demanding the detailed installations steps. My name for this way to use Linux is "Subito Linux", it is the opposite of general-purpose, and it is specific function oriented.
The Net-Brix Subito Linux Platform has two main ideas as goals. The first goal is to build a framework to allow the end user to build its own Subito Linux, even if this user doesn’t have deep technical knowledge. The current name of this effort is Net-Brix Builder Graphical Interface.
The second goal is to build a "scalable Free/Open Source/Linux learning experience" by designing "learning" inside the Platform.
