I am so happy to be able to bring the happiness of Santa to so many places in Japan. This year will be the busiest xmas yet! It seems that each year my Santa bookings grow (I will have over 14 parties at preschools, private schools and English schools as well as a couple of adult parties!!). I will have a bounenkai (忘年会) again this year. It looks like about thirty people will be there. Last year was about the same.

Every year for the last four years I have made a xmas dinner. I always make a (about) 10 kilo turkey, mashed potatoes, gravey, salad with bleu cheese or thousand island dressing, olives and pickles, raw veggies, bread (sometimes if I have time I make it, but it is easier to buy), cranberry jelly and for dessert, I make a cheesecake. Check out last years dinner (pictures)!! It was delicious!!

Mmmmmmm! Sounds delicious! I love turky dinner, but
I don't know how to cook. Well, actually, I can't do
the stuffing part. It's just too weird to put my hand
in turky's butt! But I love it! What am I supposed to
do lol

It really does seem very hectic for you. Please take
care of yourself! It is getting cold!!
Turkey is easy to cook! Stuffing is easy to make. The biggest problem is Japan is finding a turkey and after you find one, finding an oven big enough to cook it!! lol I bought a big oven, so I have no problem cooking one and I ordered my turkey from the foriegn buyers club. As far as sticking your hands up a turkey`s butt, I don`t think of it that way. I just think that it is so good that I can cook both the turkey and the stuffing together. There are many kinds of stuffing you can make too. If you need any tips, let me know!! This turkey dinner was three years ago.
