The room is in a two bedroom apartment...so, we would share the livingroom, kitchen, bathroom.

The room has a closet, loft bed, and small desk and folding chair. At the moment their are two plush chairs underneath the loft bed and there is a rug underneath the chairs. It sort of reminds me of having your own Starbucks Cafe underneath your bed because its so warm and inviting. I think it is a great room.

The laundrymat and Supermarket is 1 block away and the subway station is 2.5 blocks away.

Fairway Supermarket is three blocks away and the neighborhood is very friendly and alive all the time.

Columbia University has made plans to expand their Campus (business School) to 133rd street, thats only three blocks from me.

Rent is $600 per month and includes utilities OR $550 month plus $50/mo. fixed utilities. OR $700 month.

Let me explain, The first two prices come out to $600 and to move in the person would pay 2 months rent and a $300 security deposit, however if they don't want to pay a security deposit and a second months rent, I will do a special deal for $700 month with a six months lease, no security deposit and no second month needed.
