Post-doctoral position in Oral Fluid Biochemistry.

A post-doctoral position is available in the Department of Periodontology
and Oral Biology, Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine,
Boston, Massachusetts, USA. The research studies focus on the
chemical/physical properties and biological functions of salivary proteins
and on the isolation and characterization of enzymes that are associated
with oral fluid. The studies encompass chromatographic, electrophoretic and
mass-spectrometric techniques. Candidates with a PhD degree or equivalent
and demonstrated knowledge and experience in protein biochemistry with
emphasis on enzymology are invited to apply. A DMD degree is desired but not
a prerequisite.
