あなたを愛するわたしがあなたを裏切ったことをあなたは知っている
だがあなたもわたしに愛を誓いながら二度もわたしを裏切った
愛の行為の中でもベッドでの誓いは破られ新たな誠意も引き裂かれた
新しい愛が生まれた後に新しい憎悪を誓うことで。
だが二十回も誓いを破ったわたしが
二つの誓いを破ったあなたを責めたりするだろうか？
わたしは何度も誓いを破った
なぜならすべての誓いはただあなたをいじめるための誓いであり
わたしのあなたへの信頼も失われたのだから。
なぜならわたしはあなたの深い親切や愛や真実や貞節を心底信じ
そしてわたしはあなたを輝かせるため、自分の目を盲目にし
