久し振りにじっくりと聞き込んでいる。朝の通勤でも歌詞に目を通しながら聞いている。

改めて、かっこいいな。

1984年。俺がロックを聞き始めた中学生の頃。当時はレコードも持っていた。

一番好きだったのは「No Surrender」

友達を歌ったBobby Jeanなんかも好きだった。

けど、あの頃では理解できない歌が多かったようだ。最近聞き込んでDownbound Trainがすっげぇ良いと思えた。当時は「暗い歌だな」ぐらいにしか思っていなかったのではないだろうか。仕事を抱えてやっと理解できる歌だよな。

ブルースは1949年9月23日生まれ。当時35歳か。14歳の小僧に解る訳がなかったな。

追伸：メガネを踏んずけてフレームを折ってしまった。買いに出かけようかな。
