Japanese Kotatsu - $35 (Vienna, VA)
We're downsizing, and this is a ceramic kotatsu, light yellow and 9" tall, we brought back from Japan. It's post-war; I'd guess from the 1960s, and has reproductions of Hiroshige prints from the "53 Stages of the Tokaido" series. It was made by Noritake, the most famous Japanese maker of fine china. You might enjoy our oriental-themed house, packed with Japanese and Korean things; people usually spend a half an hour or so just looking around. I'll begin checking my emails around one pm today (Sunday) and reply to the first person who responds with a tel. no, which cuts down on no-shows. Also see my Japanese listings today in arts & crafts.
You might enjoy our oriental-themed house
