Born and raised in Portland (OR), Braille is a unique artists whose poetic lyrics espousing didactic concepts have intrigued listeners from the outset.

"My goal is to express thoughts and ideas through words that you can't take a picture of; words like emotions, personal life and spirituality". Braille explains that it was actually through Hip-Hop that he was introduced to Christ from a close Christian friend who shared his passion in music. He believes that the ability to communicate a positive, spiritual message through the universal language of Hip-Hop is a valuable gift, which can reach people and change situation.

Braille(original name, Bryan Winchester) explains that he chose his name based on the belief that it's ths most accurate definiton oh his style of music- "helping people understand the things they can't see".
