AkiRïse has been created in April 2003 by 6 friends who loved to make their own music and play together.
This geat adventure became more serious in July 2003 when they recorded their first 4 tracks demo "ça pète en l'air" , under the leadership of Mickaël Vallesi, one of the member of Furia. As AkiRïse was going on , its music became more and more influenced by various trends such as dub, punk, metal, electro and hardcore musics. In June 2005, AkiRïse went in studio to record a 6-tracks EP : "...comme des mouches". The recording session was, this time too, supervised by Mickaël Vallesi. This album enabled the group to enter the Furia Prod Group (Furia, Beyon-d-lusion, Kemet, Nowonmai) and also to appear in the Furia Prod Compilation which was released in november 2005. Actually, AkiRïse prepares an exchange with the Quebecois group Mashamba for the common release of their albums foreseen for September / October, 2007.
