BIRUSHANAH was formed at hometown Osaka by
bassist Sougyo and drums John in 2002.
Our 1st Cd was released from my own label SMD records.
In the last period of Tetsuo (before band of sougyo & Iso)
Metal percussion was introduced to the band
and I was getting interested in the sound,
so I decided to use Metal percussion in
BIRUSHANAH as well.
Also, We use many Japanese traditional scale
with fretless bass and mixed them into a
band sound and BIRUSHANAH’s style was completed.
After that, we are planning to tour in USA,
Australia, Europe and be active to all over the world.
