Yeah, is anyone checking this?
Where are you guys posted?

Personally, I'm out in Miyagi-ken within reasonable proximity to Sendai and I'm loving it thus far. The name of the town is Shichigahama, and I get a huge budget with a nice venue with which to throw awesome events.

The local area specialties are gyutan (cow tongue) and zunda mochi (dessert), and I live on "da beech."

千葉県君津市 (Chiba-ken, Kimitsu)

Kimitsu is a city with about 90,000 people, but they're all spread out over a really large space. Lots of factories on my side, not too far from Tokyo Bay. It's a little inaka, but I'm only 90 minutes by train from Tokyo, or an hour by bus, which goes under the bay!

Hey, I've been through Kimitsu... did a study abroad at 千葉大. Isn't that where the Aqualine ends up? I'm sure that's what you're talking about with the bus. Not a bad area at all!

Yeah, it's the Aqualine. It actually comes out in Kisarazu, but there are bus lines that go all the way out to Kimitsu too.
