The finals of the nation-wide highschool students'
baseball games were held on August 20th. The oppositions
were Soujitsu and Komadai. They fighted during 15
innings, and they drew finally. On the next day they
had a game again. Finally Soujitsu won.

We had the same experience about 37 years ago. The
oppositions were Matsuyama and Misawa. At that time
they fighted during 18 innings. The pitcher of Misawa
was very good, but Matsuyama won on the next day.
The pitcher of Misawa couldn't do nice pitching on the
next day, because he was very tired. Anyway both teams
were beyond human power, and I think that both teams
were winners.
