- Minimum of 5 years working experience in or selling to one or more of the following markets: Fixed Income/Fixed Income Derivatives/Equity Derivatives/Foreign Exchange/Foreign Exchange Derivatives
- Proven consultative sales and customer relationship skills
- Ability to build and maintain solid client relationships
- Entrepreneurial and outgoing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly articulate
- Fluency in both English and Japanese is a must
