Former our club member, TM Sakamoto passed away last week. He had worked as a researcher and a research manager at an institute in Tsukuba for long years and retired last March. Since last August, he has been working in Vietnam as a JICA specialist in charge of promoting small businesses there. Last month he became ill and returned to Japan, but it was too late. After about a moth of treatment in a hospital in Tokyo, he passed away last Saturday. His funeral service will be held tomorrow by Christian style. Our club decided to send flowers for his funeral.
