The other day I went my university to get some
documents I needed, and I saw many buildings
have been built since I graduated.

Tama Art University is located on a suburb of
Tolyo and buses get there only once an hour.

The period when I was a student,
the campus was almost camping area.
No gates, no walls, only old buildings
and prefabricate building were there.

When we went home by walk,
we needed to go through a deep forest
behind the campus to get the nearest JR station.
In spring, frogs came from this forest and laid eggs
in our swimming pool.
We needed to catch tadpoles by our hands
to use our pool, but We could hear frogs' songs
in early morning when we stayed overnight.

We picked ginkgo nuts and burnt them to eat
because school cafeteria closed too early
and there were no restrant around there.
Only a bakery was there but it was also closed early.

Now the forest was gone,
the pool was gone and the bakery was also gone.
Only ginkgo nuts trees were there.

What a shame. I misspelled "restaurant"!
And the last sentence, "Only ginkgo nuts trees ARE there. " must be much better..

If you noticed any inaccuracies, please let me know!
>We could hear frogs' songs
>in early morning when we stayed overnight.

wow, the songs of frogs,
after spending a night at a school.
It's dreamy and fantastic, isn't it?
Yes, definitely.
The time just before the sun rise,
the song came to the climax.
It was really great.

I'm not sure the new buildings have more values
than this song and this experience.
