指導力とは、カリスマ性ではない。日々の行動原則をキッチリと守り、目標設定を高くし（大変ですけどね）、それでいてなおかつ、個々の人を尊重する気持ちを持たねばならない
…ドラッカーが敬意を払う、Alfred　P.Sloanの姿が目に浮かんできそうです。

A man was transferred to my office last week . He is 28 years old and
has been in my company for 5 years .He became my subordinate , so I have to help him be a good worker .

But this is the first time for me to have a subordinate .

Today I read “ The Daily Drucker ? .

He says , “ Leadership is the lifting of a man’s vision to higher
sights , the raising of a man’s performance to a higher standard , the
building of a man’s personality beyond its normal limitations . ″

I'll never forget the words .
