仮免許で路上に出る際、助手席に座ってもらう人は、免許証を持っている人ならどんな人でも良いのですか。

When you drive a car with the learner’s permit, you must be accompanied by a person who has held the driver's license of that type of vehicle for at least 12 months.

運転練習をするものは当然、許可された車種でしか運転できないんですよね。有効期間はどのくらいあるのですか。

It is valid for 12 months. You should carry this permit with you at all times while driving and abide by any conditions shown on the learners permit.

仮免を取得するには交通規則に関するテストを受けなければならないそうですね。問題は10問あるそうですが、どんな形式の問題でしょうか。

Via multiple choice questions. To take this test, and ultimately to obtain a learners permit, you should go either to a department of transport driver licensing center or to a police station.

仮免許を申請する際に、身元確認のための証明書のようなものを要求されることがありますか。

You must produce an original copy of your birth certificate or extras of your birth certificate plus other documentary evidence sufficiently show your identity.

出生証明書はコピーじゃだめだ、というわけですね？その他で身元証明ができるのは、例えばパスポートとか銀行のカード、クラブの会員証などがありますね。
