仮免許で路上に出る際、助手席に座ってもらう人は免許証を持っている人ならどんな人でもいいんですか？

When you drive a car with a learners permit, you must be a company by person whose held the driver’s license for the type of vehicle for at least twelve month.
仮免で運転する際には、最低でも（少なくとも）12カ月以上、自分の乗りたい車種の運転免許を保持している人でなければなりません。

運転練習をするものは当然、許可された車種しか運転できないんですよね？
有効期間はどのくらいあるのですか？
When you practice driving, the person who would like to practice can only drive the type of vehicle, right? How long is the term of validity?

常時携帯し、仮免に書いてあるあらゆる条件を順守しなければなりません。

仮免を取得するには交通規則に関するテストを受けなければならないそうですね。問題は10問あるそうですがどんな形式の問題でしょうか？
In order to do it, I hear that there are 10 questions. What type of question are they?
(I’ve heard that you must take an examination of traffic regulations and it will be ten-question test. What type of questions would that be in the test?)

There are multiple choice questions. To take this test and ultimately to obtain the learners permit. You should go either towards department of transport, driver license center ought to police station.
問題は選択問題です。テストを受講し、最終的に仮免を取得できます。その際には免許書交付センターか運転免許センター、または警察署のいずれかにいかなくてはなりません。

仮免許を申請する際に、身元確認のための証明書のようなものを要求されることはありますか？
In order to apply for it, do they require me to bring my identification?

You must produce an original copy of your birth certificate or extract enter birth certificate plus other documentary evidence sufficient to establish your identity.
出生証明書は原本でなければなりません。それか追加の証明書かその他にご本人と証明できる文書がございましたらお持ちください。

出生証明書はコピーじゃダメだということですね。
そのほかで身元証明ができるのは例えばパスポートとか銀行のカードやそれからクラブの会員証などがありますね。

Besides that, Passport, bank card or membership card from club can be used for my identification. Could I use them as my evidence of identification?

Membership cards from clubs and videos, libraries et cetera will not be accept to this evidence of identity.
