Interested candidates should have strong shop sales and shop management experience with at least 5^7 years experience with a luxury RTW or Handbag retailer. There are no age requirements but applicants in their thirties are highly encouraged. The ideal candidate will have a business development mindset and strong staff training and leadership skills. Salary will be in the rage of 6Mil - 8Mil JPY,
