I like chinese of Beijing. It's more fatty than tonkotsu noodle in Japan. So I drink woolong tea with eating it. Chinese foods have various types by regions. The most famous are four, Beijing(北京), Shanghai(上海), Guangdong(広東) and Sichuang(四川). Generally speaking, Beijing is too fatty, Shanghai is too salty, Guandong is too sweety, and Sichuang is too hot. I've ever eaten the homes of Beijing and Sichuang, Beijing was so fatty and very good with chinese tea, Sichuang was no hot, but gave my tonger too painful...I would never eat plates of Sichuang. How about you?

OK, I'd like to introduce Myanmar food here.. I became to like this food after my friends have treated it to me.
I think, Myanmar food is similar with Indian food. Curry tastes food is very popular in Myanmar.
Also, some food are very similar with Thai one; therefore, there are many kind of hot and spicy taste food there...
There are many nice Myanmar food which we can eat in the restaurant in Japan but one of my favorite one is home-made Myanmar food which my friend made for me... I cannot forget that taste. it was so nice, and delicious :)
