We got some dreadful disasters, earthquake and Tunnami, this month in eastern areas of Japan. They don't only bring about the callopse of the cities and heavy casualties, but factors of the power failure. Then, we need think of energies or electricities that we use.
Now many of then be made of nuclear power stations in Fukushima(Kanto area) and in Fukui(kansai area). The nuclear, we knew, is very dangerous like Hiroshima and Nagasaki. We, however, choosed the risks for getting much energies. So I think, if we get the nuclear power station has high risks in this time, we can't deside it stop why our lives need grate powers.
After these disasters, a person was elected in Germany, who emphasized "we need no nuclear station, so I make someone construct no nuclear station. "
Maybe the focus of power station in the world is what materials of energies are more safety in big disaster. But I don't think so. My point is where we should make self-energies. I think our houses have small power stations by solars, winds, waters and etc...It means the end to buy electricity......

Your point is, I think, very important for our future lives.
We cannot stop this nuclear power plant system so easily because Japanese government has been planning to make this system future substitutional energy system and providing huge government spending for a long time. Currently, 30 % of energy demand is supported by this nuclear power plant system in Japan. Even if we know that this system is not safe, it is quite difficult to shift this system to new system smoothly.
Therefore, we need to think what we can do now.
I think one of things is, as you mentioned, is to make self-energy system ourselves. Solar power is one of them. Also, we can reduce our demand of energy to do energy saving, "Setsuden"now.
Anyway, we should start thinking new energy system instead of nuclear power system from now on while doing disaster restoration.

This topic is no difficult why I readied Japanese for my saying anytime if you want. It's the most important point to discuss or to talk in English that is not memorizing a lot of new words or choosing right grammar anytime, only doing positively and actively.
Don't you think so?

Yes, I agree with you. Important point is to try using English even if our skills are not perfect in terms of grammar or vocabulary skills.
