現在４人でルームシェアをしていますが、
その内１名（フランス人）が帰国の為短期ですが募集します。
Now we are 4 in 3LDK apartment in Ogikubo.
End of this Decenber, one of us, a French guy will return to France.
So we need a new share mate.
・場所 中央線・丸の内線 荻窪駅より徒歩１５分
・部屋 フローリング６畳個室 出窓・クローゼットつき
・賃料 保証金２万円 月々５万円 （相談可）
・期間 １２月２０日ごろより３月半ばまでの間で 入居時は半端の賃料日割りです。
・共有 台所４畳 リビング９畳 風呂・トイレ別
・備品 日曜品・電化製品など全て揃っています。
寝具などはありません、部屋には何もないのでご用意下さい。
・住人 私と主人、友人と３人になります。関西の為、関西人も大歓迎☆
・その他 煙草はベランダでお願いします。
動物は飼育できない物件です。
自転車ならスペースがあります。
ちょっと遠いですが、深夜でも歩いて帰れる安全な地域です。
・Place 15mins on foot from Ogikubo station(Cyu-o line and Marunouchi line)
・Room 6 tatami mats private room with a closet and a bay window.
Nothing in your room so please prepare Futon or Bed by yourself.
・Rent Deposit 20,000yen, 50,000yen par month
・Period Moving from about December 20 in the period to middle of March
You can pay by the day for the odd.
・We are married couple and one japanese guy(all 20's)
I can speak English and little French as well.
There are everything in public space. (a fridge,TV,internet,etc..)
No sigarette in the room plz. (Veranda is fine) and no animal s.v.p.
It is a safe region that can go home even at midnight though is bit far.
３人とも飲食関係で激務の為、穏やかな性格の方を希望します。
水商売の方でも大丈夫です。
皆昼間は仕事であまりいませんが、休みの日は鍋をしたり
夜は映画を見たりゲームをしたりして楽しく過ごしています。
ヲタクにも寛大な方だと尚嬉しいです（日常生活に支障はない程度ですｗ）
家賃など、分割も可能ですのでまずはご相談下さい。

We are not so in the house in daytime.
But we enjoys seeing DVD, playing a game at night,
and often having NABE events on holiday.
