人生は美しいもの
Life is basically a poetry.
人生は基本的に詩です。
It can be lived only with the attitude of celebration.
祝賀する態度のみと共に生きうるものです。
All else is a drag.
すべての他の事はうだうだとした、つまらない物です。
Drag means:
つまらないものという意味は：
Born in 1970
1970年に生まれ
Died in 1990
1990年に死んだ
Buried in 2065
2065年に埋められた
Let your life be integrated at the centre of celebration.
貴方の人生を祝賀の中心で統合してみよう。
Only choose that which is celebrating, joyous.
祝賀できるような喜ばしいものだけを選ぼう。
If you can go on dropping all that is non-celebrative, serious,
もし、貴方が祝わないもの、すなわちシリアスなものを捨て去る事ができたら
You will be moving in the right direction.
貴方は正しい方向に向かっています。
Cultivate all that brings joy and celebration ? at all levels.
貴方の人生に喜びと祝いをもたらしてくれるものを、すべてのレベルで開拓しよう。
Physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual, financial, occupational.
肉体的に、精神的に、感情的に、社会的に、スピリチャルに、金銭面や仕事でも。
If only the body dances, it is happiness; something is missing in it.
体が踊っているだけという事は、幸せな事ではありますが、なにかが欠けています。
If only the soul dances then it is very subtle, abstract, not of the earth.
もし魂が踊れば、それは微妙な事で、抽象的で地上の事ではありません。
It has wings but no roots; again something is missing.
そこに翼はあれど、根がありません。それではまだなにかが欠けています。
Between the two is the bridge of the mind.
その２者の間の架け橋をするのは心です。
The mind can divide the two; it can also unite the two.
心はその２者を分ける事もすれば、融合させる事もできます。
When the mind divides, it is called division.
心が分ける時は、それは「分離」といいます。
When it unites, it is called meditation.
融合する時は、それは「瞑想」といいます。
And when all the three
そして、その３つ、
Mind, body and soul dance blissfully together,
心と体と魂が喜びの中で踊る時、
As if they are one - that is celebration.
まるで一つのもののように、、、それは「祝賀」という事です。
So let this be your criterion.
だからこの事を貴方の判断基準にしましょう。
Whenever the question arises of what has to be done,
いつでもどうしたらよいか疑問が湧いた時は、
This has to be the criterion:
この判断基準を使いましょう：
If it brings joy, do it.
もしそれが喜びをもたらすなら、ぜひやりましょう。
And whatsoever brings joy to you will bring joy to others too.
そして貴方に喜びをもたらすものは他人にも喜びをもたらします。
Sometimes it may not be very apparent,
時々その事は明瞭ではないかもしれません、
But this is the fundamental law:
でもこれが基本的な法則です：
That which brings joy to you is bound to bring joy to everybody,
貴方に喜びをもたらすものは、皆にも喜びをもたらします、
And that which brings misery to you is bound to create misery for others, sooner or later.
そして、貴方に惨めさをもたらすものは、他人にも惨めさを、遅かれ早かれもたらします。
There is no other service.
そして、そこには他のサービスの提供はありません。
All that goes on in the name of duty is ugly.
「義務」という事にまつわる事はすべて醜い物です。
Duty is a dirty four-letter word; avoid it!
「義務」という事は汚い２文字です。避けてください！
Do things out of joy but never out of duty.
なにかをやる時は喜びからやりましょう、義務ではやってはいけません。
Celebration means expansion.
「祝賀」という意味は拡大という意味です。
When somebody is celebrating,
だれかが祝っている時は、
Energy starts moving in ripples and can spread all over existence.
エネルギーがさざ波のようにわき上がり、存在の周りすべてに広がり始めます。
An expanding energy can feel moons and stars and suns within itself,
拡大するエネルギーは月や星や太陽をその存在の中に感じます。
The whole universe within oneself.
すべてのユニバースをその存在自体の中に。
Only one who is innocent enough to celebrate small things of life can understand that life exists.
小さい事を喜ぶ事ができる無垢さがあるものだけが、人生の存在をを真に理解する事ができます。
Because life exists in the small things:
人生は小さいもの中に存在するから、
The food you eat,
貴方が食べるご飯や、
The walk that you go for in the morning.
朝でかけるウォーキング、
The love that you have for your beloved,
貴方が愛する人に対して持つ愛情、
The friendship that you have with somebody,
誰かと分かち合う友情、
Moments when you start falling into sleep,
眠りに落ちる瞬間、
When you start rising early in the morning.
朝、起床する時、?
Life exists in such small things.
人生はそんな小さいものの中に存在します。
Don’t miss a single opportunity of saying yes to life.
どうか、人生に「YES」という機会を一つも逃さない様に。
When you say yes, say it with great celebration and joy.
貴方が「YES」と言う時は、祝福と喜びの中で言いましょう。
Celebration has to become your religion.
「祝福」は貴方の宗教にならねばなりません。
Misery is sin.
「惨めさ」は罪です。
Sadness and seriousness are companions of misery.
「寂しさ」や「シリアスさ」は「惨め」の仲間です。
Joy is virtue,
喜びが美徳です、
And all that helps joy should be nourished, cherished, invited.
喜びをもたらしてくれるものには、養分を与えて、大切にして、招かれるべきものです。
Continue to meditate, and continue to dance and sing.
瞑想を続けて、そして、踊り、そして歌いつづけましょう。
See life in as many ways as possible, in all its colors’
人生を可能な限りいろんな見方で見てみよう、すべての色の中で。
Celebrating, you come closer and closer to the heart of reality.
祝賀する事により、貴方は現実の心臓部にどんどん近づいて行きます。
The moment you stop celebrating, you are cut, disconnected.
祝賀を止めた瞬間に、貴方は断ち切られ、繋がりは断たれます。
Celebration is the bridge.
祝う気持ちが架け渡しの橋となります。
When you dance, it is not only you who is dancing;
貴方が踊る時は、貴方だけが踊っているのではありません；
the whole existence is dancing with you ?
すべての存在が貴方と一緒に踊っているのですー
The earth and the sun and the moon and the stars.
地球や、太陽や月や星達も。
It is a celebrating existence...
それは祝賀の存在です、、、
it is continuously dancing.
それはづっと踊り続けているのです。
Life is beautiful.
人生は美しいです。
God is hidden everywhere and in millions of ways...
神は何億もの方法でいろんな場所に隠れています、、、。
The celebration is already happening.
祝賀はすでに始まっています。
The invitation has been given to you ? simply participate.
招待状はすでに貴方に出されています、貴方は単に参加するばいいだけです。
Unless your life can become a celebration,
貴方の人生が祝賀や大いなる喜びにまだなってない限りは、
a tremendous joy, don’t be satisfied, don’t be contented.
そこで満足してはいけません、妥協してはいけません。
Go on searching:
探し続けましょう；
There must be some method,
なんらかの方法はある筈です、
There must be some way where you can lose yourself completely,
そこには貴方が完全に、狂ったエクスタシーの中で貴方を見失えるような道?
Madly, in ecstasy.
がどこかにある筈です。
The world is in a celebration.
世界は祝福の中にあります。
You can stand by the side...
貴方は側に立って、
You can remain just a spectator.
そこにいて単なる傍観者にもなれます。
My invitation is to become a participant.
私の招待状は貴方が参加者になる事を望んでいます。
Be happy, so that you only attract happy people...
幸せになってください、そうすれば貴方は幸せな人達のみを引き寄せられます、、、
Happiness protects.
幸せはお守りです。
You attract only people who love happiness and
貴方は幸せを愛するひとを引き寄せ、?
You think of life in terms of celebration, festivity.
人生を祝賀と祭りという観点で考えるのです。?
Whomsoever we attract, we attract.
自分が引き寄せる人は、どうしても引き寄せてしまうのです。
It has been noted that people fall in love
これは良く知られた事ですが、
With the same type of person again and again and again.
人は同じタイプの人に何度も何度も何度も恋してしまいます。
See the new possibilities
新しい可能性を見よう、
Feel the freedom
自由を感じよう、
Hear the whisper…
